+ 钢厂的生产作业非常危险，在生产过程中，员工会面临各种危险，例如高温流体、跌落或有害气体

+ 即使自动化程度很高，也有一些流程操作必须手动完成

+ 工人在危险区和高温区作业，需要一套灵活的作业协作预警装置

Project Background

+ Production operations in steel plants are very dangerous, during production, employees are exposed to various hazards, such as hot fluids, falls or harmful gases

+ Even with a high degree of automation, some process operations must be done manually

+ Workers work in hazardous areas and high temperature areas and need a flexible early warning device for operation collaboration

设计亮点

+ 对钢厂作业过程进行数据处理和分析，是 MetAssist 的主要功能

+ MetAssist 配备了传感器和红外摄像机，可以独立控制操作流程，这样机器人就成为操作人员的眼睛

+ 我们为MetAssist 机器人配备了测量空气中气体浓度的传感器，以及用于视觉和听觉警告危险的摄像头和麦克风

Design Highlights

+ Data processing and analysis of steel plant operation process is the main function of MetAssist

+ MetAssist is equipped with sensors and infrared cameras to independently control the operation process, so that the robot becomes the eyes of the operator

+ We equipped the MetAssist robot with sensors to measure gas concentrations in the air, as well as cameras and microphones for visual and audible warning of hazards

+ The operator can be quickly alerted by the robot's light signal and loudspeaker to avoid danger
